How order credits work

Every order the app syncs — whether it is a new MCS order sent to Walmart, a new WFS order imported from Walmart.com, or a status update sync — counts as one order credit.

Credits are tracked per calendar month and reset automatically every 30 days.

You can view your current usage at any time on the Billing page. The usage bar shows how many credits you have used out of your monthly limit.

What happens when you reach the limit

When the monthly credit limit is reached, new orders cannot be synced. They receive a LIMIT_REACHED status in the Orders page. These orders are not lost — when your credits reset (or when you upgrade), they will be retried automatically.

A yellow warning banner appears on the Orders page when limit-reached orders are present, with a link to upgrade.

Upgrading to Advanced

• Go to Billing in the navigation
• Click Get Advanced — $15/mo on the Advanced plan card
• You will be redirected to Shopify to approve the subscription charge
• After approval, you are redirected back to the app and the Advanced plan is activated immediately

Downgrading to Free

On the Billing page, click Cancel subscription under the Advanced plan card. You will be moved back to the Free plan. Your settings and SKU mappings are preserved. Existing orders that were already synced are not affected.
