Tabs

Three tabs filter orders by mode:

• Tab: Shows
• All: Every order regardless of mode
• MCS: Only orders fulfilled by Walmart MCS (originated on Shopify or another channel)
• WFS: Only orders that originated on Walmart.com and were synced to Shopify

The MCS and WFS tabs only appear once your Walmart account is connected.

Order statuses

• Status: Meaning
• RECEIVED: Walmart has acknowledged the order and is preparing it
• PROCESSING: Walmart is actively picking/packing the order
• SHIPPED: The order has left Walmart's warehouse — tracking number available
• DELIVERED: Confirmed delivered to the customer
• CANCELLED: The order was cancelled
• EXCEPTION: An error occurred — the order needs attention (see below)
• LIMIT_REACHED: Order could not be synced because the monthly order limit was reached
• ON_HOLD: Order is on hold (typically from a sales channel like TikTok or Amazon)

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar to find an order by:

• Shopify order number (e.g. #1206)
• Shopify order ID
• Walmart MCS order ID
• WFS order ID

Use the Status dropdown to filter to a specific status.

Order actions

Manual sync
For orders with a Walmart order ID, a Sync button fetches the latest status from Walmart and updates the record. Use this if an order seems stuck or you want to refresh tracking info immediately.

Retry (EXCEPTION orders)
If an order is in EXCEPTION status and no Walmart order ID was assigned, a Retry button appears. Clicking it clears the error record and re-queues the order for processing. Before retrying, make sure the underlying issue is resolved (e.g. add the missing SKU mapping in the Catalog → Unmatched tab).

Order limit warnings

If any orders have a LIMIT_REACHED status, a yellow warning banner appears at the top of the page with an Upgrade plan button. These orders will not be synced until you upgrade or until the next billing cycle resets your order credits.
