Import Jobs tab

This tab shows the status of recent import and matching jobs. Each job card displays:

• Job type (SHOPIFYIMPORT, WALMARTIMPORT, or SKU_MATCHING)
• Status badge (QUEUED → PROCESSING → COMPLETED / FAILED)
• Progress bar (visible while the job is running)
• Counts: Total products processed, Matched, Unmatched, Skipped
• Any errors encountered
• When the job was created

Jobs that are QUEUED or PROCESSING automatically refresh every 3 seconds so you can watch progress in real time.

Triggering imports

Use the buttons in the page header:

• Button: What it does
• Import Shopify: Fetches all product variants from your Shopify store and saves them to the app catalog
• Import Walmart: Fetches all items from your Walmart WFS catalog
• Run Matching: Runs the auto-match algorithm using your configured matching strategy
• Refresh: Reloads all four tabs with the latest data

These three actions must typically be run in order: Shopify import first, then Walmart import, then matching. They are run automatically when you first connect your Walmart account.

Shopify Products tab

Shows all Shopify product variants imported into the catalog. Columns:

• Column: Description
• Product: Product title
• Variant: Variant title (e.g. Size: M / Color: Blue)
• SKU: Shopify variant SKU field
• Inventory: Shopify inventory quantity
• Matched: Green "Matched" badge or red "Unmatched" badge
• Via: How the match was made: SKU or Barcode

Use the search field to filter by product name or SKU.

Walmart Products tab

Shows all items in your Walmart WFS catalog. Columns:

• Column: Description
• Product Name: Item name from Walmart
• Walmart SKU: Walmart's item identifier
• Price: Listed price
• WFS Enabled: Whether the item is enrolled in WFS

Use the search field to filter by product name or Walmart SKU.

Unmatched tab

Shows all Shopify variants that do not have a Walmart SKU mapping. This tab is the fastest way to fix missing mappings.

For each unmatched product, a text field appears in the Map Walmart SKU column. Enter the correct Walmart SKU and press Enter or click Save to create the mapping inline. The product disappears from this list immediately after saving.

If there are unmatched products and you are not searching, a yellow warning banner shows the count and a link to the SKU Mappings page.
